This project garnered the coveted ASID Metropolitan Washington Chapter 2022 Design Excellence Award for Environments Designed for Public Living.
Extensive renovations were made during the height of the pandemic to this multi-family property nestled between DC and Baltimore.
Sustainability and touches of glam harmoniously make this inviting lobby airy and bright. Wallcoverings, art and lush fabrics were sourced to bring create a sense of warmth to the vast space. The living wall adds energy and another pop of color.
Todd Howard Ezrin was honored at the ASID Washington Metro Chapter Gala Saturday, September 17, 2022. He took home two awards with this project earning him ASID’s Design Excellence Award for Environments for Public Living.
