Todd Howard Ezrin, ASID, NCIDQ, LEED AP
PRINCIPAL
Todd brings decades of experience leading residential, multifamily, and commercial projects from concept through completion. He believes that great design is inherently personal, requiring a deep commitment to the people behind the project. By uniting clients, consultants, and contractors around a shared vision, he transforms complex design challenges into successful, stress-free outcomes.
Known for his strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail, Todd seamlessly pairs creative vision with technical expertise. A third-generation Washingtonian, he developed an early appreciation for art and architecture that continues to inspire his work today.
Todd holds degrees in Interior Design from Marymount University and Business Management from Ithaca College. He is NCIDQ-certified, an ASID member, and a LEED Accredited Professional. He lives in the Washington, DC area with his husband and their three cats.
