Extensive renovations were made during the height of the pandemic to this multi-family property nestled between DC and Baltimore.
This phase encompassed a new leasing center, state-of-the-art fitness center, pet spa and massive pool area which includes the build out of a beach bar and firepit area.
The beach bar overlooks the pool with versatile seating from family-style picnic tables to cushy daybeds for snuggling up.
