Sharon leads brand strategy across social media, advertising, publicity, and graphic design. She also oversees the firm’s website and newsletters, ensuring every touchpoint reflects TOBE’s thoughtful, elevated approach to design.

With a background as an advertising art director, Sharon brings a strategic lens and a designer’s eye to storytelling—shaping clear, compelling narratives that support TOBE’s award-winning work. In addition to firm marketing, she provides identity branding support for clients, helping translate vision into cohesive visual and verbal expression.

Sharon holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from American University, with a focus on graphic design, marketing, and communications, and proudly spent two years as a Buckeye at The Ohio State University.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Sharon now calls the “other” Washington home. She lives with her family and two pets—Misty and Benji—who occasionally steal the spotlight on TOBE’s Instagram.
