Our team began renovating the main level’s open plan, dominated by an awkward kitchen peninsula. Encroaching on the family room seating, the counter hindered the natural flow through the main living spaces. Luxe white finishes and high-end appliances deliver a crisp, modern aesthetic.

Our design replaced flooring, finishes, cabinetry, appliances, hardware, and lighting for a head-to-toe transformation. 

Removal of the peninsula allowed for us to elongate the original island for added storage and seating.

Newly installed pendants over the island and kitchen table beautifully illuminate the island waterfall and the client’s art collection.

Modern touches allow this power couple to glide through their day. A built-in Miele coffee machine keeps them on the go while keeping counters free of clutter.

Replacing the walk-in pantry with cabinets is also trendy yet maximizes storage and keeps essentials within reach.

An office downstairs for him left a fourth-floor loft for her. We had to be creative with procurement as it doubles as a gathering space. Bold art, comfy furnishings and a custom-sized sofa table—a perfect desk stand-in—all complete this luxury remodel.
