As office manager, Marsha brings experience, steadiness, and an impressive ability to wear many hats. With a background in urban studies, government, and politics, she offers insight, organization, and perspective that keep the firm running smoothly.

Marsha is a lifelong Washingtonian and holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland. She always had an interest in home construction, an early passion that has come full circle through her own hands-on renovation experience and keen eye for the built environment.

When not working, Marsha enjoys her garden, creating beautiful floral arrangements, and baking. She lives in Maryland with her family and their chocolate lab, Buddy.
